Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Perform logistics activities, including shipping, receiving (piece parts and repairs), packing, and inventory management.
• Maintain departmental records to ensure manufacturing ISO compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as needed to ensure product availability.
• Oversee and monitor stock availability to reduce shortages.
• Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to top management.
• Develop, articulate, and maintain logistic process documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding stock management of finished goods.
• Create and provide international shipping documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers, purchasing departments, and outside vendors.
• Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
• Proficient keyboarding skills.

Traits:

• Extremely organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One-year supervisory experience.
• Two years warehouse experience; or a combination of relevant education and experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage of $30-$35.
