And we're looking for someone awesome to join our Florida-based corporate team to help make those moments happen across our resort properties in Florida, Nevada, Colorado, and New Jersey. From beachside hangs to mountain escapes, you'll help us make every experience memorable from behind the scenes.

Here's What You'll Be Up To:

• Running the show for all things fun—from poolside games and movie nights to arts & crafts and bingo bashes. If it brings joy, you’re on it.
• Turning “hello” into “heck yes!” with engaging guest check-ins, welcome events, and good vibes all around.
• Making magic for guests of all ages—whether they’re tiny humans or seasoned adventurers.
• Keeping our spaces spick-and-span and event-ready: think clean pool decks, tidy tables, and umbrella game strong.
• Rolling with the seasons and holidays to coordinate themed activities that feel like a mini festival.
• Keeping safety and good times equally top of mind (yep, you're that well-rounded).
• Handling daily reports and cash drop-offs like the organized legend you are.
• Collaborating like a pro with your team, sharing the scoop on what’s happening and when.

You're Great Because:

• You’re a people magnet—bubbly, approachable, and genuinely love creating moments that matter.
• You’ve got a track record of being the MVP in clubs, sports, volunteer gigs, or anything that shows you’re a go-getter.
• Kids, families, and groups? You know how to read the room and make fun feel effortless.

The Extras (aka the Physical Stuff):

You’ll be on your feet a lot, lifting up to 20 lbs often and occasionally up to 50 lbs. You’ll be walking, reaching, bending, and possibly breaking out a dance move or two. We see you.
