Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through acquiring new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. There is paid training with this role, and moves to a base salary uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to generate sales leads
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage potential customers
- Lead negotiations and close deals to meet sales objectives
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall company revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts and agreements
- Leadership qualities with the ability to influence and motivate team members
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus
