Major technology company is seeking a litigation and regulatory counsel to work in-house on a 6 month secondment starting in June 2025. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience supporting government and regulatory litigation, including matters in the areas of consumer protection, criminal law, data privacy and security, environmental, government access to data, operations/transportation, tax, and First Amendment and content regulation law.
Ideal candidates have a combination of BigLaw and in-house or government experience. Must be available to start in June 2025. Please do not apply if you are currently in a full-time role.
