As an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper, you will be integral to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the organization's accounting functions. Reporting to the Controller, you will utilize your core skills in accounting and GAAP to perform tasks such as balance sheet reconciliation and journal entries. Your proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software will enhance efficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable. With a focus on detail and organization, you will contribute to the financial health of the organization while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. - Hours: Tuesday - Friday 9:00-5:00
- Quickbooks experience a must
- Prepping of monthly A/R mailings once processed
- Processing Weekly Warranty Claims
- Paying off Units in Honda/COMS
- Tracking on Sales Tracking sheet so that due dates are not missed
- Reconciling Credit Cards
- Reconciling PO's
- Researching and entering all unit/cost information to DX-1
- Yearly PSP background checks on employees from both locations, as requested by mgmt
- Back-up Staples supply ordering
- Processing incoming and outgoing dealer trades in both Honda and COMS, as requested
- Processing Bank of America card in, as requested by mgmt
- Cash drawer settlement report on closing shifts
- Accounts Payables / Accounts Receivable
- Balance Forward statement
