Duties include scheduling equipment personnel for shifts. Communicating with Gymnastics Manager and Employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS |
Duties include scheduling equipment personnel for shifts. Communicating with Gymnastics Manager and Employees.
- Work under the general supervision of the Gymnastics Manager
- Coordinate specific set up instructions for holidays and meets
- Ensure the safety of staff and equipment.
- Notify Manager with needed equipment repairs.
- Ensure staff sign out after shifts
- Schedule staff for each shift
- Assist in hiring of new equipment personnel staff.
- Provide training to staff as needed including a yearly training meeting.
