Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Customer Service Sales Operations at LEM Products in West Chester, OH. Responsible for the successful execution of both the sales planning and sale operation activities. Tasks include the management and guidance of Customer Service Representatives, process oversight to ensure accuracy and efficiency, planning and execution of supporting marketing and sales materials for the sales team, and acting as a liaison between the sales team, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders.
Sales Operations. Manages sales operations in collaboration with team to execute orders with minimal errors and maximum efficiency.
Personnel Management. Leads and guides direct reports to assist in successful completion of tasks and facilitates a culture of harmony and accountability.
Sales Planning Coordination. Plans and communicates sales and marketing materials to promote the success of product sales in the market.
Risk Management. Mitigates risk by ensuring the organization partners with sellers that will not result in channel conflict or put the company in an unfavorable situation.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years managing a sales customer service team at a consumer products company. Knowledge of managing an ERP & WMS system (understanding of coding, EDI configuration, and ASN shipment files) required. Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Word, Windows based computers, and the use of the internet. General acceptance of hunting as a sport and the processing of meat required with prior experience in these industries preferred.
Reasoning Development: Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Analytical skills for interpreting customer data and optimizing operations.
Mathematical Development: Ability to add, subtract, and divide all units of measure and compute percentages, discounts, interest, markup, and selling price.
Language Development: Ability to read and understand work instructions, methods, and procedures; speak with others clearly and convey information effectively. Effective communication to liaise with customers and internal teams.
Licensures & Certifications: None.
Education: Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in a similar or related field.
