Overview
The Dealers Returns and RTV Associate is accountable for accurately and efficiently check-in of product returned by dealers.
The Dealers Returns and RTV Associate is responsible for preparing all paperwork related to returns, preparing packages to be shipped, and sorting products to be re-stocked.
Essential Functions
- Assists in off-loading return packages, retrieves return packages that have been dropped off at other doors
- Processes returned products using authorization numbers entered by customer service.
- Completes manual paperwork for products returned that no authorization was entered for.
- Completes manual paperwork for refused packages.
- Sorts products returned in totes to be stocked again.
- Separates out RTV items, prepares RTV paperwork as required by vendor.
- Packages product for shipping with proper paperwork.
- Maintains orderly housekeeping of assigned area, disposing of all packing materials according to company standards.
- Adheres to all company safety rules and regulations.
- Other tasks as assigned and/or needed
Required Qualifications and Education
- 1 year experience in warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to work well in a team
- Basic mathematics skills
- Excellent MS Suites skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Good organizational skills
- Good time management skills

- Must be able to regularly lift 30lbs and occasionally 60lbs
