About the Role
At LendingClub, Product Marketers have end to end accountability for their products strategy and execution. We’re looking for a Product Marketing leader to lead marketing to drive Member Engagement and Long-term relationships with LendingClub leading to multi-product penetration and brand preference. They will leverage our suite of product offerings across Lending (Personal loans, Auto refi, Purchase Finance), Banking, DebtIQ (credit monitoring), Digital App, etc. and orchestrate optimal customer journeys by segment and channel.
The ideal leader for this role brings a strategic, creative, analytical and results-oriented growth mindset. Armed with a passion for finding unique and innovative ways to market products, acquire and engage members, you'll bring together an incredible team of marketers to create activities that drive the revenue, growth, and brand value. This includes identifying an optimal cross-sell, offer hierarchy and rotation strategy. Product Marketing is the heartbeat of the company and the voice of the customer, you will keep the organization connected to our Member needs through research and analysis to ensure we continually innovate to serve them best.
This is a highly visible role that requires partnership with leadership across business lines, marketing, product, engineering, risk and finance. This is a great opportunity for a marketing leader with demonstrated Product and Growth-marketing experience who is excited to build upon the current capabilities for one of the company’s most important growth vectors.
What You'll DoBe the Voice of the Members
- You will build a deep understanding of the customer’s needs, market, the competitive landscape and how LendingClub’s offerings and experience can best deliver those needs in a compelling and differentiated way.
- Working with our brand team, develop and optimize Membership value proposition and build integrated go-to-market strategy across channels and segments.
- Iterate on ideal product offering, positioning, and proof points through ongoing research and analysis.

Compensation
The target base salary range for this position is 157,000-180,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings), equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges, other compensation and benefits offered are determined by role, experience level and location.
