Job Description
- Experience on SAP Hybris. Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus.
- Lead the development of IT Digital Technology team using technologies like SAP Hybris, .NET, UI/UX, Mobile Apps.
- Leverage web technologies and integrate eCommerce systems and APIs.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a strong technical background, including application planning and architecture.
- Be able to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Work with both internal and external teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and provide technical support. Collaborate with cross-functional team members.
- Manage team members, plan resources, and hire and develop talent. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Align technology to support business objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and min 13 years of experience Software development .
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple priorities and projects across varying brands or business units.
- Experience on SAP Hybris.
- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus.
- An individual with Magento, Big Commerce could also apply.
- Experience in Azure DevOps.
- Good communication and soft skills along with good interpersonal and team skills are essential
- Ability to influence and coordinate cross-organization teams to implement important technical priorities.
