This Role
The purpose of the Application Specialist in Billing Operations is to implement and configure Office 365/Azure applications to meet the specific needs of the organization, ensuring compatibility with existing systems. This role involves providing technical support, conducting training sessions, creating user manuals, and integrating Office 365 applications with other enterprise systems. The Application Specialist will monitor and optimize the performance of these applications, manage collaboration tools, and advocate for best practices in using Office 365 products. - Integrate Office 365 applications with other enterprise systems and ensure seamless data flow
- Monitor the performance of Office 365 applications and optimize them for better efficiency
- Manage and support collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, Azure and OneDrive
- Advocate for and implement best practices for using Office 365 products

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365/Azure services and integration.
- Proven experience in managing and supporting Office 365/Azure applications.
- Experience with Power Automate
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct training sessions and create user documentation
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
