ARS is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide end-user support and manage software/hardware solutions in a hybrid Azure environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in account administration, troubleshooting, and deploying solutions within Microsoft and Linux ecosystems.

Responsibilities
- Administer employee accounts using Windows Active Directory, and Entra AD in a hybrid cloud environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues both remotely and on-site.
- Track, document, and communicate with employees via collaboration tools and ticketing systems.
- Develop, test, and deploy PowerShell scripts to manage software using Microsoft Intune.
- Configure and maintain software/firmware updates for corporate devices.
- Perform mobile device management (MDM) for laptops and smartphones accessing company resources.
- Deploy, monitor, test, and troubleshoot company resources and cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure.
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be a US citizen
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role in a hybrid Azure cloud and Windows environment.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation in a hybrid cloud environment.
- Familiarity with MDM solutions and cloud-based security practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and a strong customer service focus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AZ-104 Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security , MCSA) are a plus.
- Onsite and remote support as needed.
- Occasional after-hours work may be required.
