In this role, you will assist with key HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance.
HR Specialist Details
- Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm
- Salary: $45k-$50k
- Direct Hire
- Manage recruitment, promotions, and job classifications
- Manage recruitment, compensation, and HR policies
- Ensure compliance & support mergers/HRIS systems
- Oversee benefits, onboarding, and employee relations
- Prepare reports & analyze workforce trends
- Drive culture through events & team-building
- 2 years of onboarding & recruiting experience
- Personable & able to interact with employees at all levels
- HRIS & ATS experience (Netchex preferred, but we'll train the right candidate!)
- Strong Excel skills (spreadsheets & pivot tables)
- Solid knowledge of benefits, FMLA, and 401(k) administration
- Excellent communication & organization skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving & active listening skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
