Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CIO's calendar and coordinate meetings across departments.
- Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations and reports.
- Handle confidential correspondence and maintain organized filing systems.
- Plan and execute internal events, including training sessions and team-building activities.
- Coordinate desk moves and onboarding logistics for new IT team members.
- Assist with special projects and provide general administrative support as needed.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in executive-level administrative support.
- Strong calendar management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Oracle systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and safeguard confidential information.
- Associate's Degree required (or equivalent work experience).
