SUMMARY: The Administrative Specialist is responsible for assisting various workstreams within the servicing department, including following-up on insurance claims, Titles, Payment Processing, and Records Management, and other special circumstances. This position will work collaboratively with Customer Service, Collections and Servicing Operations Supervisors to ensure all critical operational tasks are completed as expected per service-level agreements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help ensure that all operations activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identify and address operational problems and inefficiencies.
- Assist in preparation of Total Loss and GAP claims including letter of guarantees.
- Keep track of ordered contracts (in house) by saving orders to the company drive.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Support day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring processes run efficiently.
- Pick up, sort and distribute correspondence.
- Assist with basic payment processing tasks such as due date changes, extensions, or non-monetary requests.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed within given SLA’s.
- Provide ad hoc support to the operations team and leadership as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, including but not limited to the ability to generate high-level business correspondence.
- Ability to self-start and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented, and highly productive manner.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Ability to exercise good judgment, maintain a high level of productivity, exhibit a professional demeanor, and possess a mature presence.

Pay Range:
Base salary: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
