Focused on local market B2B sales, the PSR will work with Dealerships, small fleet owners, and independent operators, to identify their upfitting needs and provide tailored solutions. This position requires strong sales skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary point of contact for local businesses and fleet operators
- Develops a deep understanding of customer needs and recommends appropriate products or solutions
- Achieves or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Upsells and cross-sells products to maximize revenue opportunities
- Maintains a comprehensive understanding of Leonard’s truck bed and van upfitting products
- Stays informed about new products, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Prepares and processes sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinates with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation
- Maintains detailed customer records in the CRM system
- Follows up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Works closely with the local Store team to provide a seamless customer experience
- Participates in team meetings and contributes to sales strategy discussions

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or upfitting industry
