What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Busser position at Leoncito LV?
Position Summary:
Bussers assist in steps of guest service, resets tables in a speedy, professional and effective manner. Interacts with the dining room/lounge guests, fellow employees, and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Must be able to expedite kitchen tickets.
- Removing & replacing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after guest have dined and done eating.
- Straightening out the tablecloth or replacing stained ones
- Refilling depleted condiments on the dining table
- Bringing out meal orders if waitstaff is busy.
- Communicates the needs of the guests to Front-of-House and Back-of-House support staff, servers, managers and chefs.
- Deliver, fill, re-fill water, as requested by guests and/or directed by servers.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant/ lounge.
- Must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work and remain focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
