Position Overview:

We are seeking A Professional Painters who take pride in their work and thrive in a team-oriented environment. As a valued team member, you’ll contribute to high-quality painting projects while helping us maintain and grow our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior painting projects with a high level of precision and attention to detail.

• Surface Prep (cleaning, patching, sanding, priming) to ensure top-quality finishes.

• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace at all times.

• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a professional painter (minimum 2 years preferred).

• Strong understanding of painting techniques, tools, and materials.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to adapt and learn new techniques as needed.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

• Experience with decorative finishes or specialty painting techniques.

• Familiarity with spray equipment or other advanced tools.

• Leadership experience for potential team lead roles.
