What you will be doing:
provide timely administrative services support to members for a Tier 1 automotive supplier. Responsible for the planning, organizing, coordination, and centralizing of office work and associated personnel by acting as a liaison among departments that include HR, EHS, purchasing, Engineering, and Manufacturing
interacting externally for the benefit of the Company.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintains site support services: break room supplies, office supplies, mail,
Onboard new hires and temporary hire with site level training and document processing.
Facilitate and/or coordinate meetings and events as instructed.
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, onboard new hires, create PR/POs.
Support shipping/receiving, manufacturing assembly operator.
Multi-task and utilize time management effectively while still maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with internal departments, parent company and external third parties in various manners.
Exercise an elevated level of discretion in all tasks, particularly in managing cross-departmental communications and projects.
What you will need to be successful:
Essential:
High School Diploma.
Prior experience in office administration.
Demonstrated knowledge of standard office administration practices and procedures.
Possess a positive, energetic, and professional disposition, be highly adaptable and results-oriented with a meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with purchase orders, Concur, SAP/JDE a plus.
