The Executive Assistant will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and serve as a key liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves supporting projects related to property tax services, compliance, and operational efficiencies within the mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to the real estate services industry, regulatory compliance, and business operations.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal / external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential financial and operational documents with discretion.
- Assist in preparing executive-level communications, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Track and follow up on key action items and deadlines for mortgage projects.
- Coordinate industry events, conferences, and executive meetings.
- Conduct research on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor analysis.
- Assist with budget management, expense reporting, and invoice processing.
This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department.
