Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to real estate services industry, regulatory compliance, and business operations.
- Act as liaison between executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential financial and operational documents with discretion.
- Assist in preparing executive-level communications, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Track and follow up on key action items and deadlines for mortgage projects.
- Coordinate industry events, conferences, and executive meetings.
- Conduct research on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor analysis.
- Assist with expense reporting and invoice processing.
