They inspire and guide the service desk team with escalating tickets and finding that proper resource to complete the task. What You'll Do
- Emphasis on Communication...ability to communicate with all layers of support to ensure the right customer resolution
- Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
- Approach each day with a keen sense of self-discipline and urgency
- Comprehend technology and how technology enables business productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Route tickets to various layers of support and oversee correct resolution
What You Bring to the Table

- Strong leadership skills and a track record of building high-performing teams.
- A knack for solving problems and making data-driven decisions.
- Experience with tools like ConnectWise, remote monitoring systems, and ITIL best practices.
- Stellar communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years in IT or managed services.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Professional IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft MCP, Cisco CCNA) are highly preferred.
