Key Responsibilities
o Stick frame (wood), light gauge steel, and post-tensioned concrete .
o High-rise, garden apartments, and podium-style (4-over-1, 5-over-1) designs .
o Lobby, leasing, and amenity space planning that elevates the user experience.

Compensation and Benefits
This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary range starting at $130,000 - $150,000 plus bonus , commensurate with experience. The position also includes relocation bonus (if needed), comprehensive benefits such as robust health insurance, 401(k) matching, and profit sharing.
