Responsibilities
- Project Management : Oversee and contribute to up to five active projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Design Expertise : Develop unit layouts and space planning for lobbies, leasing offices, and amenity spaces that enhance the user experience.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with civil engineers, landscape architects, and land use counsel to ensure project compliance and successful execution.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure designs adhere to accessibility regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Compensation and Benefits
This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000, plus bonus, commensurate with experience. The position also includes relocation bonus (if needed), comprehensive benefits such as robust health insurance, 401(k) matching, and profit sharing.
