We are seeking a dedicated, highly organized Account Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain client relationships, and ensure a seamless parking experience for residents and visitors along the 30a Corridor.
Role Overview:
As the Account Manager for 30A Parking Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parking program, including compliance, customer service, enforcement coordination, and community engagement. You will serve as the primary point of contact for local officials, businesses, and residents regarding parking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between Level Parking, County officials, and local stakeholders.
- Oversee daily parking operations, including enforcement coordination and permit management.
- Ensure the website remains updated with relevant parking information, news, and policy changes.
- Manage resident pass applications and assist residents with inquiries.
- Monitor parking demand and recommend operational improvements.
- Handle customer service concerns related to parking, payments, and enforcement.
- Represent Level Parking in local meetings and public discussions about parking initiatives.
- Provide reports on parking revenue, usage trends, and community feedback.
Qualifications:
- Local to Walton County, FL (or familiar with the 30A area).
- Experience in account management, operations, or customer service (preferably in parking, hospitality, or municipal services).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable with technology and able to manage online systems for parking permits and customer inquiries.
- Understanding of parking regulations and enforcement is a plus.
