Job Description Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Sales Technology Business Analyst in Minneapolis, MN. This role bridges the gap between our sales organization and IT / digital teams, ensuring technology solutions align with sales objectives while effectively communicating and translating technical requirements.Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with sales representatives and leaders to understand technology needs and challenges in daily operations.Translate sales requirements into technical specifications for digital and IT teams.Advocate for sales team priorities and ensure solutions meet their functional needs and usability expectations.Facilitate communication and understanding between sales and technical teams, acting as a liaison and translator.Analyze and document business processes related to sales technology, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Assist in the rollout and adoption of new technologies among sales teams, providing training and support as needed.Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of implemented solutions.Qualifications : 5 years as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a sales technology environment.Strong understanding of sales processes and workflows, with a sales-oriented mindset.Technical background or familiarity with software development and IT infrastructure.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.Self-disciplined and driven, able to work effectively in a hybrid and remote team environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is an equal opportunity employer.
