Job Description
Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Digital Analyst for our client in Minneapolis, MN.
Responsibilities :
3 years of experience as a digital analyst with Adobe Target, AEP / AJO and Campaign performance measurement and reporting.
Drive platform roadmap, attribution, and enterprise capability growth our client.
Conduct regular analysis of marketing data to optimize funnel metrics (awareness, engagement, conversion, adoption).
Define measurement strategies, scope analytics tasks, and deliverables for projects and clients.
Develop data strategies supporting customer journeys for multi-touch marketing optimization across digital, social, and direct media.
Manage end-to-end testing processes for high-priority use cases, including hypothesis development and A / B testing.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deploy personalization campaigns for digital platforms, product launches, and promotions.
Analyze campaign performance, consumer behaviors, and segment strategies using personalization tools.Qualifications Required :
Bachelor’s degree.
5 years of experience in marketing analytics or digital analytics.
Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Strong understanding of digital and marketing analytics, using Customer Data Platforms.
Ability to synthesize insights and communicate complex concepts effectively.
Proficiency in at least one Business Intelligence tool (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., SAS, SQL, R, Python).
Experience with digital marketing and marketing analytics best practices.
Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech industries preferred.
Experience with data & analytics transformation and business translation.
