Levifi (formerly Docugraphics) is headquartered in Charleston, SC and was established in 2002. We provide managed IT and imaging/print services to businesses in NC, SC, and GA. DUTIES:

Networks

  • Configuring, installing, and troubleshooting firewalls, switches, access points, and other network devices

Servers

  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments
  • Adding and disabling users in Active Directory
  • Working with Group Policy and Security Groups
  • Working in Hyper-V and Azure

Workstations

  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 10, 11 and Mac OS
  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Office 365, Google Workspace and other applications
  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting OneDrive and SharePoint

Email

  • Adding and removing users in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Creating shared mailboxes and distribution groups
  • Creating aliases
  • Configuring and troubleshooting email applications on workstations and mobile phones

Phones

  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting VoIP phones and applications
  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting mobile device through Mobile Device Management platforms

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately document the actions you take to troubleshoot and to resolve each issue
  • Enter in time entries throughout the day to track the time spent on support and other activities
  • Help fellow team members with support issues and requests
  • Celebrate great service through client and team feedback
  • Continue to improve your abilities through training on our core services we provide
  • And perform other tasks as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
