The Sales & Learning Specialist assists in driving sales through the partnership of Regional Sales Managers, Senior Leadership, and the Training & Development Team. Provides administrative and technical support to field managers, Regional Sales Managers, Senior Leaders, and Training & Development Manager. This role is also responsible for developing and facilitating learning programs throughout the Corporation's entire operating area that will support corporate and retail strategic initiatives.

- Help develop and deliver training in an inspirational manner to all corporate, operational, and retail employees
- Maintain daily function of Learning Management System (LMS) including overseeing user import and monitoring activity
- Create supporting materials (quick reference guides, e-modules, and lessons)
- Edit/create training content using Adobe Premier Pro, Canva, and other editing programs required to complete assignments
- Create learning content through various avenues such as videos, e-modules, workbooks, publications, etc.
- Create and run scheduled and ad-hoc reports, such as course completion, training evaluation metrics, mandatory training compliance, and training surveys. Ensure that all appropriate reports are processed and distributed/shared to applicable recipients.
- Assess eCourse and training event completion
- Provide user support for the LMS; respond to email/text inquiries and telephone calls in a timely manner
- Work with subject matter experts on curriculum development needs
- Research and develop training content based on the suggestions of Sales Training Managers and Training and Development Manager.
- Drive motivation and engagement of sales staff through creative and exciting sales training programs.
- Provides administrative support to supervisors, producing written communications, collecting sales data, reporting, etc. requested by Senior Management and Regional Management teams
- Send weekly communications to stores regarding pertinent sales, merchandising, or operational information
- Coordinate In-Store promotions for all locations and send to stores/regionals for uniformity
- Parter with marketing and merchandising departments to obtain advertising details to share with stores. Create advertising and promotional documents and digital files for stores.
- Maintain the sales department SharePoint site
- Assist with coordinating company events
- Perform other tasks as directed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Two years’ education, training, human resources or relevant experience (or combination), preferably in the retail industry.
- Clean, valid driver's license.
- Thorough knowledge of retail business practices in a large and complex, retail environment.
- Proficiency in using a personal computer and ability to master use of all Levin systems applications.
- Intermediate computer skills required. Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Canva, authoring tools, and learning management software preferred.
- Knowledge of current adult learning techniques with the ability to conduct training needs assessment, analyze and interpret results.
- Ability to design, develop and implement training programs, to include writing and editing technical documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees and management at all levels; adapts messages to fit audience; encourage team cooperation without sacrificing independent thoughts and contributions.
