Sales & Learning Specialist

As a Sales & Learning Specialist, you'll partner with leadership to deliver impactful training, support sales initiatives, and create engaging learning content. You'll manage our Learning Management System, design multimedia training materials, and ensure smooth communication between corporate and retail teams.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and deliver sales and training programs
- Create e-learning content, videos, and guides
- Support LMS users and monitor training completion
- Collaborate on promotions, communications, and events
- Provide administrative and reporting support to leadership
What You Bring:
- Training or retail experience (2 years preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and creative skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Suite, LMS tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and in teams
