MARKETING COORDINATOR, RETAIL – Upland, CA
The Lewis Group of Companies, one of the nation’s largest privately-held real estate development companies, is actively seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Retail division at the Upland, CA corporate office.
In your role, you will assist in executing the marketing strategy for Lewis Retail Centers that supports the company's digital, content, and trade show initiatives. Your position will be located at the Upland, CA corporate office.
About Lewis Retail Centers: For more than 50 years, our firm has placed retailers at the center of the action. And our track record speaks for itself: 9.6 million square feet developed to date, 54 dynamic centers, over 25 new projects underway, and hundreds of successful retailers.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Play a significant role in executing the company's website, social media, email, and brand strategies.
- Take ownership of updating and maintaining the company’s website, ensuring all content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.
- Contribute to the success of trade shows by actively assisting in their planning and flawless execution.
- Lead the Lewis VIP app initiatives, driving exceptional user experiences and maximizing customer engagement.
- Efficiently manage contract processing for tenant events and new vendors, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners on various marketing deliverables, ensuring quality, timeliness, and brand alignment.
- Embrace opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and provide support to the team as needed, contributing to the overall success of the marketing department.
- Demonstrate a genuine love for marketing and possess a strong curiosity about the business landscape.
- Experience supporting a variety of marketing initiatives, with an ability to contribute to content, digital, and marketing projects.
- A 4-year college degree, with an emphasis in Marketing or a related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media.
- Proven proficiency in working with digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WordPress, and Marketo.
- Basic graphic design experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
- The ability to think creatively while adhering to established systems and processes.
