NIGHT SERVICE MANAGER - Eastvale, Ca.
Lewis Apartment Communities is actively recruiting for a full-time, personable and responsible individual for the important career of Night Service Manager at Homecoming at Eastvale, our large, upscale Lewis-owned community in Eastvale, CA.
This full-time evening and night hour career (approx. 5:30pm-2:30pm for 8-hour shifts) would provide supervision of the community by enforcing rules and regulations in a positive, proactive manner. Parking enforcement, property patrols, minor maintenance trouble-shooting to assist our residents, and an overall "customer service-first approach" to Lewis residents will be just part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications & duties for success:
-Previous experience working with the public/customers enforcing policies and/or business rules
-Acting as a liaison with city/county police, fire and other emergency services
-Top candidates will have the ability to handle stressful situations professionally, self-supervise and work independently
Note: Other duties may be assigned as needed. Drug screen & Background performed upon hire.
In addition to your competitive hourly wage of $23.50/hour, Lewis offers $60/month cellphone allowance, annual bonus and raise potential, a variety of health benefits, 401k with company match, and much more. Days off are Sunday/Monday.
