Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our team full-time, on-site. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our litigation team by preparing legal documents, reviewing case files, conducting legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions for active litigation cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage legal documents for litigation cases
- Conduct thorough document reviews and legal research
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and court filings
- Manage and organize case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure efficient case management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in legal document preparation, document review, and legal research
- Ability to draft pleadings and motions for litigation cases
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant is highly desirable
- An Associate's degree or Paralegal Certification is required
