Lexar Homes Upper Northwest is seeking a dynamic, organized Showroom Consultant/Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are in search of an individual who is eager to support our team in enhancing operational effectiveness while providing excellent customer service. In this vital role, you will play a key part in our sales and design team and will act as the main point of contact for inquires in our Marysville office. This position demands the capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
This role is based in Marysville, WA. Hours are Wednesday – Saturday, 10:00AM – 3:00PM.
Salary: $22 to $25 per hour

Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming visitors to the showroom, providing a professional and friendly point of contact.
- Managing a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate team members, and maintaining detailed call logs.
- Serving as a liaison for clients and suppliers in the showroom.
- Communicating with clients about product options, design choices, and project updates.
- Preparing presentation materials, organizing client folders, and assisting the sales and design team with various tasks.
- Handling general office and showroom administration, including printing, scanning, organizing samples, maintaining inventory, and offering basic technical support.
- Supporting both office and field staff as needed.
- General office housekeeping
- Ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail in all work, particularly when reviewing and preparing client documents.
Qualifications, Experience, Education:
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- Two Years or More of Real Estate and/or construction background is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using productivity tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and editing abilities and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Reliable transportation
