Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. This role involves various tasks related to vehicle care, including cleaning guest vehicles, maintaining shop cleanliness, and teamwork ensuring that every vehicle meets our quality expectations before it is returned to the guest.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Drive vehicles safely to and from service areas as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following custodial best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with car wash processes and techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of custodial duties and practices will be beneficial.
- A valid driver's license is required for this position.
