Our Staffing Managers have the following responsibilities:
· Working in a fast-paced environment – Sense of Urgency is a Key Factor
· Consistent marketing of services through sales calls
· Weekly Outside B2B sales and Client QC Visits (Mileage reimbursed)
· Handling High Volume phones
· Full Cycle Recruitment
· Interviewing, Onboarding, Skill Matching
· Employee management and scheduling
· On-call coverage
· On-Site Event Check-ins and Management ( Including Concerts and Sporting Events!)
· Weekends, Evenings, and Holiday availability
Qualifications:
· 1-2 Years Minimum working in Hospitality Management
· Associate degree in Management or Hospitality or equivalent work experience
· Vehicle for traveling to Client sites and outside sales
· Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
