Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Alta Loma, CA
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (100% Onsite)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounting Manager to join our team in Alta Loma. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising 10 direct reports in an accounting environment. This role requires a friendly and outgoing people-person who excels in performance management, including conducting performance reviews, handling write-ups, and managing terminations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of 10 direct reports in the accounting department.
Conduct performance reviews and manage performance improvement plans.
Handle employee write-ups and terminations as necessary.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Resolve issues between property management and the accounting department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Proven experience in supervising 10 direct reports in an accounting environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading people.
Strong background in performance management, including performance reviews, write-ups, and terminations.
Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
Experience in commercial property management is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work 100% onsite in Alta Loma, CA.
