Job Title : Accounts Payable Lead
Location : Beaverton, OR
Hours : Hybrid after training, Full Time, Direct Hire
Compensation : $29 - $33 an hour DOE
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Lead to join our client in Beaverton, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 3-year experience in accounts payable and have experience within Concur.
Responsibilities :
Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices.
Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files.
Provide assistance with vendor inquiries, prepare and process weekly check runs, and provide support to other accounting functions as required.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assisting with month-end close, and accruals.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable with Concur software experience
SOX compliance experience is ideal.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
