Are you looking to join an established and results-driven Accounting and Finance team? We have an incredible full-time opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client’s team located near South Elgin, IL. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize effectively and be able to work with minimal supervision. To qualify for the Accounts Payable Clerk job, you must have two years of experience in an Accounts Payable role and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities :
- Review, code and record invoices
- Accurately review and process employee reimbursements and check requests
- Process annual 1099 reporting
- Prepare and process accounts payable checks
- Reconciliation of payments
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to inquiries
- Work directly with vendors to resolve vendor inquires
- Produce weekly / monthly / quarterly reports
- Assist in month end closing
Qualifications :
Pay Details : $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
