We are seeking a detail-oriented AP Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial data and ensuring accurate processing of accounts and freight billing. The AP Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.
Duties
- Process accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure financial accuracy.
- Utilize D365 for invoice processing
- Process freight billing accurately and efficiently
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation on a regular basis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Handle 10 key typing tasks with precision for data entry and transaction processing.
- Collaborate with team members to support various financial operations and improve processes as needed.
