Someone willing to go extra mile to collect payment - Business to business collections
Contact clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to facilitate the timely collection of outstanding invoices
Review and analyze aging reports to prioritize collection efforts and develop a collection strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and Operation to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of communication and collection efforts using the company's ERP
Identify and escalate potential collection issues or disputes to management for resolution.
Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers.
Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures.
Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with collections department.
