LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our client located in Knoxville, TN & Alcoa, TN area. This role serves as a crucial link between the customer and the company before, during, and after the purchases.
Location: Knoxville, TN | Alcoa, TN
Pay Rate: $19-22 per hour
Position Type: Temp to Hire, On-Site
Job Responsibilities:
Manage customer communications through phone, email, website chat, and fax in a professional manner.
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as Operations, Sales, and the Accounting team.
Process purchase orders, take customer and sales orders, and perform data entry to create shipping documents for Operations. Also, handle backorders as needed.
Perform various administrative tasks including electronic filing, shipping and receiving small parcels, billing corrections, updating CRM databases, and creating documents such as letters, spreadsheets, memos, reports, and notes.
Communicate about customer credit card payments, credit holds, account changes, and ticket printing.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Willingness to learn other software as needed
Strong attention to detail, data entry, and organizational skills
Professionalism and excellent customer service skills required
