LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a non-profit client to urgently fill a temporary Healthcare Recruiter position. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in Herndon, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various healthcare positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Proven experience in healthcare recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Availability to work onsite with one day of remote work.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
