What You’ll Contribute
- Participate in the monthly closing of accounting books, aiming for a 5-business-day goal, and accurately prepare the necessary journal entries.
- Perform general ledger account analysis and monthly account reconciliations.
- Assist with financial analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Identify trends and prepare reports to guide financial strategies and goals.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.
What It Takes To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA preferred but not required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Comfortable with learning and working with new systems.
