LHH is assisting our client with their Bookkeeper need on the north side of Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, preparing customer invoices unique to each contract and conducting other tasks related to accounting. Responsibilities
- Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Prepare invoices based on each customers contract
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in related field
- Proficient in QuickBooks required
- Self starter and picks up new processes quickly
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Detail oriented
