Job Description:
LHH is searching for a Bilingual Client Services Representative to be the first point of contact for inquiries received in our Latam (Mexico) Client Servicing department from high-revenue clients via email or phone. Your day-to-day activities will include reading, analyzing, and determining the appropriate handling and resolution of requests. These requests will consist of treasury, cash management, card, and depository products. You will also collaborate with internal business partners to provide resolutions to client inquiries, issues, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Analyze and resolve client requests related to treasury, cash management, card, and depository products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client issues are resolved efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to manage and document client interactions.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
- 1-2 years of experience in the banking/financial industry.
- 1 years of experience working with customers.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent active listening and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

Pay Range: $19.02 - $21.02/hr
Location: Miami, FL - hybrid
Work Hours: Mexico Business Hours and Holidays which means working during US Holidays (9 AM to 6 PM ET)
