I am currently working with a leading top 100 AM LAW ranked firm, who are actively looking to recruit an Attorney who specializes in Corporate M&A to join their Denver office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth analysis, due diligence, and valuation of potential M&A targets.
- Developing and presenting comprehensive reports and presentations to senior partners.
- Managing the end-to-end M&A process, including negotiations, deal structuring, and integration planning.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external advisors to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
- Contributing to the development and execution of the group's overall M&A strategy.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar of Colorado.
- 3 years of experience in corporate law, gained with a large law firm setting.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
