Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage M&A transactions, from due diligence to deal completion.
- Provide legal counsel on corporate finance matters, including securities offerings, debt financing, and corporate governance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, financing agreements, and disclosure schedules.
- Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
- Stay abreast of changes in corporate and finance laws and regulations.
