Requirements
The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Manage Accounts Receivable: Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Handle Rebates: Process and track customer rebates, ensuring timely and accurate application to accounts.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding their accounts, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial reports related to accounts receivable and rebates.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field, must have automotive experience.
- Preferred: Experience with CDK software is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
