Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance and Human Resources to oversee and manage the financial and HR operations of our organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
- Manage the preparation and communication of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team on financial and HR matters.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including auditors, banks, and insurance providers.
- Lead and mentor the finance and HR teams to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Director of Finance and Human Resources or in a similar role.
- 10 years of experience in finance and human resources, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field; CPA, CMA, or SHRM certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial management, HR practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with the executive team and other senior leaders.
