Top Talent Acquisition:
- Proactively source and recruit top-tier professionals in the Accounting & Finance space.
- Identify exceptional candidates who align with our points of difference.
- Conduct interviews and place top-tier candidates in direct-hire positions.
Business Development:
- Split your time between recruiting for existing positions and driving business growth.
- Creating Call Plans designed to drive business activity via cold calling, in-person meetings, reference/networking calls and Email campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with client companies.
- Successfully match candidates to client profiles and pre-sell staffing solutions.
Client-Centric Approach:
- Interface with C-level clients and other decision-makers.
- Market and place candidates into direct-hire positions.
- Continuously improve service quality based on feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience recommended.
- Minimum 2 years of AGENCY full-desk recruitment and sales experience.
- Essential knowledge of the direct-hire recruiting industry.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Linked In Recruiter, Bullhorn and Salesforce preferred.
